Processing & Turnaround 

As soon as your order is placed, our team is working tirelessly to get it to your doorstep as quickly as possible. To ensure accuracy, please allow 6-8 business days to process the order for packaging and quality checks

Hours of operation:  Monday - Friday 11am - 5pm EST. 

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Once processed, you will receive an email with your orders tracking number and expected delivery date. Please note all orders require a signature for delivery. We recommend tracking your order closely to ensure your availability at the time of delivery. 

USPS typically make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and provide you with telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery.

We do not provide refunds for order shipments that have been refused or abandoned.

 Shipping

Our domestic shipping carrier is USPS. After processing, the items take up to 3 business days to arrive (usually 1-2 business days).

To ensure your order is received in a timely manner, please be sure to double check all address information on your orders. (i.e street address, apt #, city, zipcode, etc.) 

  Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.  We take great pride in ensuring our product is vetting by one of our specialist ahead of shipping to you to provide quality service.

 

Due to the delicate nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. 

 

EXCEPTIONS    

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen.

However, if you feel you've received a product that is unusual we want to hear from you. Notify a Customer Care Specialist via email  (support@campuscrowns.com) within 7 calendar days from the date you received your package. 

Note that using non-recommended products , perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the opportunity for a replacement, if it applies.   

If Campus Crowns verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Campus Crowns will then exchange or replace the item.
